Unprepared
Incomplete request
Figures, securities and connections will only be provided in the conversation later. Follow-up questions drag on, the decision takes time – and the conditions reflect the uncertainty.
A good financing decision doesn't start with the bank, but with the structure beforehand. We assess your project, prepare cash flow, collateral and documents in a decision-ready state, and then specifically approach financing partners who are a genuine fit for your project.

Why structure matters
Two equivalent projects can be treated completely differently by the same lender – depending on how convincingly, completely, and comprehensibly they are prepared.
Unprepared
Figures, securities and connections will only be provided in the conversation later. Follow-up questions drag on, the decision takes time – and the conditions reflect the uncertainty.
Structured
Cash flow, collateral, and the basis for decision-making are all fully available. The lender can review the project more efficiently and make a decision on a solid foundation.
Our Approach
Every financing project is different. That's why we don't develop a standard solution, but instead combine economic, structural, and banking requirements into a coherent overall structure.
The investment objective, capital requirements, project structure and economic starting position form the basis.
Debt servicing capacity, liquidity development, and economic viability are presented comprehensibly.
Existing collateral will be valued, classified and presented in line with the financing framework.
Term, repayment, equity, debt and possible building blocks are coordinated.
All relevant information will be consolidated and presented in a way that is suitable for the intended financing partners.
Economically viable, structurally documented and prepared for targeted communication.
And then the right partners
A well-prepared project only unfolds its impact when it lands with the right financing partner. That's why our work doesn't end with the structure: we know the priorities and decision-making logic of different banks, specialist financiers, and other capital providers, and we specifically approach those who are a good fit for your project's industry, volume, and risk profile.
The result
You don't approach the funding partner with an idea, but with a project that has been prepared in a comprehensible way. This reduces unnecessary questions and strengthens your starting position in further financing negotiations.
Our brokerage fee is tied to the successful arrangement of financing. If no financing is arranged, no brokerage fee is payable. Therefore, we carefully examine every project and only accept mandates where we see a realistic prospect of financing.
Please speak to us about capital requirements, investment frameworks, and economic objectives. We will assess which structure and financing partners can suit your project.
